1. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to:
All areas of the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Options & Timings
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours:

Tracking is required and used to confirm successful delivery.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number.
3. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched same day.
Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched the next working day.
4. Delivery Address Requirements
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for:
Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Items returned to sender due to missed deliveries or failure to collect
5. Delays, Issues & Tracking
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is reliable, but delays can happen—especially during peak periods or strikes.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch:

We’ll look into it and help resolve the issue.
6. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
A description (and photos if applicable)
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
